Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of UI/front-end developers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Set coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and quality.
- Provide technical direction, coordinating with designers, backend engineers, and QA teams.
- Define and implement robust UI architectures, reusable components, and scalable design patterns.
- Develop responsive, interactive, and high-performance user interfaces using modern frameworks.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to achieve pixel-perfect implementations and translate business requirements into effective UI solutions.
- Champion accessibility and best-in-class UI practices, support automated UI testing, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Expertise in modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of state management tools (e.g., Redux, MobX).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns.
- Understanding of accessibility, SEO, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive background in UI/front-end development and proven experience in leading teams.
