Position

At the company, we are developing unmanned systems for subsurface, surface, land, and air domains that leverage unsupervised autonomy to deliver multi-mission capability to our customers. These projects require Warfighting Systems Analysts who can connect operational needs to system architecture, technical performance, integration choices, and mission-level outcomes. The Lead Warfighting Systems Analyst is responsible for producing, iterating, and supporting Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (M&SA), including wargaming and experimentation for the company products. This role has a three-fold purpose: to train the customer in the company capabilities, to conduct internal analysis to support the iterative improvement of current and future products, and to learn the specific customers’ needs to ensure we produce the right product for the right reasons.
