Your Impact:
As the Leader of Solution Engineering, you will manage a regional team of Solutions Engineers supporting customers in the Gulf and North Africa and Levant (NALE) regions. You will set the technical direction, align resources with business priorities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success leaders to support customer outcomes and meet regional business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop Splunk Solutions Engineers, fostering technical expertise and delivering consistent customer experiences.
- Build trusted relationships by directing technical strategy at regional and account levels, ensuring alignment of solutions with business needs.
- Provide technical leadership across the Splunk Security and Observability portfolio, guiding solution design and customer architecture discussions.
- Establish consistent technical sales practices and supervise performance against business goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leading technical sales or Solution Engineering teams focused on cybersecurity or observability solutions.
- 5+ years of experience with Splunk Security (Enterprise Security, SOAR, UEBA) and Observability (Splunk Observability Cloud, ITSI, AppDynamics).
- Experience in security operations, threat detection, incident response, and digital observability.
- Experience in the Gulf and/or NALE regions.
- Expertise in IT Operations, Security Operations, and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing, deploying, or integrating the Splunk platform.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and AI/ML applications.
- Experience building collaborative teams focused on customer outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is expected; additional languages relevant to the Gulf or NALE regions may be advantageous.
