Your Impact

  • Lead solutions engineering teams to align company architectures with customer needs, driving successful outcomes and growth.
  • Shape and implement strategic sales initiatives by translating high-level goals into actionable plans that support company's vision.
  • Facilitate cross-architecture and business unit collaboration to provide client-focused solutions and drive technical evolution.
  • Oversee technical sales management activities for a defined market segment, dedicating up to 25% of time to direct engagement with strategic customers and partners.
  • Drive revenue growth, enhance customer success, and ensure quota performance through effective coaching, support, and operational leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to lead solutions engineering or technical sales teams.
  • Experience overseeing technical sales management for defined market segments.
  • Proven ability to engage executive-level customers and partners (CXOs, Directors).
  • Proficiency in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and supporting complex sales processes.
  • Track record of achieving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding team quotas.
