Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle in close collaboration with other teams.
  • Understand customer needs and establish the company's product as the best solution to unique challenges.
  • Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology as it pertains to the company's solutions.
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and custom demos of the company's products to address business issues and needs.
  • Participate in product, sales, and procedural training to acquire and maintain necessary knowledge.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual objectives set by management.
  • Respond efficiently to RFPs and lead the technical side of the sales cycle.
  • Demonstrate curiosity about professional growth and participate in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong background in the Telco industry.
  • Hands-on experience with the company's solutions.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience in implementing Digital Transformation strategies.
  • Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training for enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven time management skills in dynamic environments.
  • Team player with a passion for technology and knowledge sharing.
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally.
