About the Role
We are looking for experienced Lean & Productivity professionals to lead enterprise-wide Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence and productivity improvement initiatives. The role will drive process efficiency, waste reduction, turnaround time (TAT) improvement, cost optimization, and sustainable continuous improvement across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Lean, Operational Excellence, and Productivity Improvement initiatives across functions.
  • Conduct Gemba walks, process diagnostics, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis, and Kaizen.
  • Identify bottlenecks, capacity gaps, waste, and productivity opportunities, implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Drive improvements in TAT, productivity, service level agreements (SLA), throughput, cost, and service quality.
  • Implement daily management systems, visual management, tiered huddles, and standard work.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and governance frameworks.
  • Coach leaders and teams on Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving.
  • Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across senior leadership and business functions.
  • Utilize Power BI, Tableau, process mining, dashboards, workflow automation, and digital Lean tools to improve performance visibility and decision-making.
  • Track and demonstrate measurable business benefits, including productivity gains, cost savings, and capacity release.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Productivity Improvement.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide/large-scale Lean transformation projects.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Lean methodologies, including Kaizen, VSM, 5S, A3, Standard Work, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt certification preferred/strongly required for senior profiles.
  • Strong experience in productivity, TAT, process efficiency, cost reduction, and performance improvement.
  • Experience conducting Gemba walks and end-to-end process assessments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and change management experience, including working with senior leadership.
  • Experience with process mining/BPM/workflow automation/digital Lean tools.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving capability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Process Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Insurance, Healthcare, Banking/Financial Services, or another regulated industry experience.
  • Experience with Celonis, Mindzie, Signavio, ARIS, MEGA HOPEX, or similar process/BPM platforms.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
  • Agile/Scrum or PMP certification.
