Learning and Development Content Designer

This role will be responsible for advising on and supporting the learning and professional development of the workforce. The incumbent will implement and execute policies, processes, and training offerings to enhance employee engagement and improve business performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing learning support sessions and maintaining relevant content and high-quality training resources to ensure high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.
• Engaging with team or department line managers to clarify short-term priorities for learning and development interventions.
• Gathering data on performance and current competence levels to identify gaps and obtain agreement on required outcomes.
• Organizing and preparing complex documents using various applications for technology devices, such as standard office software.
• Resolving queries from internal or external customers by providing information on complex processes and related policies.

Location: Dubai

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Understanding of the Learning and Development content industry.
• Deep knowledge of MENA culture and its audience.
• Availability to travel (regional and international travel required).
• Experience handling a high volume of complex projects and tasks across multiple teams and departments.
