Learning and Development Manager

Design, launch, and manage learning and process improvement products (“programs”). Become a trusted partner to business leaders and employees by understanding their real needs and designing targeted products that people actually want to use. Own the show from Start to Finish by taking different products from a bright idea on a whiteboard to a fully-realized experience that delivers results.

Responsibilities

• Provide insightful one-on-one coaching to leaders, helping them unlock their potential and lead their teams more effectively.
• Constantly assess program effectiveness with a data-first mindset, ensuring we’re making a measurable impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or a related role, designing and delivering impactful programs.
• Agility in dynamic settings, capable of navigating ambiguity and juggling competing priorities.
• User-Centric Design proficiency, using tools like design thinking and journey mapping to create engaging experiences.
• Strong skills in Learning Design & Delivery, applying science-based approaches to create learner-centric programs.
• Data-Driven mindset, connecting actions to business outcomes and using data to measure impact.
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, influencing without authority and partnering with leaders to co-create solutions.
