The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training and capability-building programs at the company Manufacturing KSA. The individual will report to the L&D Lead and will address the full learning lifecycle, focusing on manufacturing skills development, onboarding, and fostering cross-cultural collaboration between Saudi Arabia and the company's operations in China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Design & Delivery: Conduct training needs analyses to identify capability gaps and develop learning content, courses, and workshops aligned with business objectives. Facilitate technical and soft-skill training sessions and manage onboarding programs for new hires.

  • Cross-Cultural & Global Collaboration: Support learning initiatives with teams based in China, including trainee deployments and knowledge-transfer programs. Develop resources to aid in workforce integration and act as a liaison for local and global L&D stakeholders.

  • Measurement & Reporting: Track learning metrics and prepare reports on L&D outcomes. Recommend improvements based on data insights and participant feedback.

  • Operations & Administration: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinate with external training providers. Ensure compliance with the company's policies and local regulations, and deliver orientation sessions to new employees.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, MIS, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
  • Proven experience in training program design and facilitation, with knowledge of LMS platforms and analytics.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities (English required; Arabic strongly preferred).
  • Data literacy, proficiency in reporting tools, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CIPD, ATD, SHRM, or instructional design credentials.
  • Familiarity with psychometric assessment tools and Saudi labor market programs (HRDF, Saudization initiatives).
