Learning Business Partner

About
The Learning Business Partner is a member of the leadership team within a fulfillment center, focused on managing the learning needs of all employees. They are responsible for delivering high-quality training to ensure associates are set up for success. This role involves understanding business needs, analyzing issues, and influencing solutions/outcomes. The position requires collaboration with central AMET teams to effectively prioritize and deploy training programs based on customer needs, ranging from training processes at scale to ongoing leader development.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of Learning Associates and a Learning Specialist
• End-to-end ownership of the associate and leader training programs at the site, from needs analysis to management and execution of training
• Planning, developing, and evaluating all training initiatives in collaboration with the senior team and Amazon’s central leadership function
• Proactively identifying and deploying training/coaching solutions to address quality and productivity requirements within the fulfillment center
• Analyzing and understanding data to suggest improvements for training and operations
• Creating, managing, and updating training content and associate compliance audits
• Providing coaching and feedback on leadership-related topics in one-on-one and facilitated workshop settings

Requirements

• Experience managing a team with a focus on career development and succession planning
• Confidence in analyzing and interpreting a range of performance metrics, combined with advanced Excel skills
• Ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders across all levels of the business
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
• Understanding of warehouse operations to ensure effective support is provided to operations
• Strong desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment
