Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing culture on projects, empowering teams to execute related initiatives.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor junior staff to contribute to department deliverables.
  • Design and deliver engaging eLearning and digital content that supports the Development Organization's business needs.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture Team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop training and curriculum strategies.
  • Define learning objectives and create assessments to measure training effectiveness.
  • Drive best content management practices to ensure training materials are current, accessible, and retrievable.
  • Utilize technology and e-learning platforms to enhance training delivery.
  • Implement AI assessments and simulations in learning content.
  • Provide regular reports on training outcomes and areas for improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Educational Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 6 - 10 years of experience in instructional design or a related role.
  • Experience in managing multiple learning or business projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of competency-based education and immersive storytelling.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering online training, ideally in the Development, Design, Engineering, or Construction industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with enterprise-level management software.

Desired Skills:

  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or in organizational development/coaching (advantageous, but not required).
  • Experience with Articulate 360 products (advantageous, but not essential).
