Position

The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for implementing, managing, and continuously improving Presight’s learning offerings, technologies, talent management frameworks, and digital development solutions. The role combines system ownership, data-driven insights, communication, and training delivery to enable impactful employee development and future skills growth across the organization. Working closely with HR, IT, and business leaders, the manager will lead the roll-out of learning platforms, drive engagement through effective communications, support talent identification and development processes, and provide data analysis to measure impact and inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
  • Act as system owner, coordinating with IT, vendors, and internal teams to ensure platforms are user-friendly, integrated, and scalable.
  • Support the design and implementation of talent frameworks to identify and assess high-potential employees.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide learning and talent insights to HR and senior leadership.
  • Design and deliver communication plans for learning and talent initiatives.
  • Deliver system training and education sessions to employees, managers, and HR teams.
  • Lead learning and talent technology projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, on scope, and on budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Digital Media, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing LMS or digital learning platforms.
  • Strong data management, analysis, and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI or similar).
  • Experience delivering communication and engagement plans for employee initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation and training delivery skills.
  • Project management experience with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with focus on user experience.
