Position

The Learning & People Development Partner will lead the design and execution of the company's learning and capability development initiatives within a fast-paced scale-up environment. This is a hands-on role focused on building practical, business-driven learning solutions that support rapid growth, operational excellence, and leadership capability. The role will work closely with managers and teams to strengthen performance, embed a culture of continuous learning, and ensure capability keeps pace with the company's scaling ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's learning roadmap aligned with business growth priorities.
  • Partner closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and translate business needs into actionable learning programs.
  • Build structured learning journeys covering onboarding, role readiness, soft skills, leadership development, and performance improvement.
  • Support the evolution of competency frameworks suitable for a growing scale-up organization.
  • Design and deliver practical, high-impact learning programs (workshops, on-the-job learning, peer learning, digital modules).
  • Facilitate engaging sessions across teams and levels.
  • Support managers in developing coaching and feedback capabilities.
  • Implement blended learning approaches suitable for a dynamic, fast-moving business.
  • Manage and optimize learning tools and LMS platforms where applicable.
  • Track participation, feedback, and performance impact of learning initiatives.
  • Introduce measurable KPIs to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Continuously improve programs based on business feedback and performance outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development within a scale-up or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building learning programs from scratch.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working closely with business leaders in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with modern learning tools and blended learning approaches.
