Deloitte Consulting in the Middle East (“DME-C”) is on an exciting transformation and growth journey, seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Legal & Risk Manager – Technology. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to DME-C and engagement leadership on strategic contract matters during the delivery of large-scale, high-risk engagements across sectors in the Middle East.

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities include:
- Contracts/legal risk assessment and managing legal contracting risk
- Deal structuring and addressing deviations as they occur
- Responding to legal, jurisdictional, and regulatory changes
- Reviewing existing policies and developing new procedures
- Working collaboratively with business partners to develop practical commercial solutions
- Drafting, implementing, and maintaining standard contracting templates and procedures
- Reviewing and negotiating technology contracts, including those for ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, SAP) and application management services
- Engaging in contract negotiations, including Master Service Agreements and Framework Agreements
- Reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements and supplier/vendor contracts
- Addressing ad-hoc risk and legal queries
Qualifications/Requirements
Essential
- KSA National
- Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree from a reputable University in Law
- Experience in negotiating high-value contracts and advising on complex compliance matters
- Strong commercial understanding of engagement deal economics and risk evaluation
- Ability to communicate complex contractual details effectively
- Proven ability to manage a demanding workload efficiently
- Experience in a consulting partnership or similar business setting
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Qualified lawyer with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years with technology contracts
Desirable
- Broader experience in managing technology delivery engagements and contracting
- Project Management experience in large-scale consulting engagements
- Experience with contract management systems
- Knowledge of international and Middle Eastern jurisdictional laws
