What This Opportunity Involves
Contributors may engage in activities such as:
- Annotating and evaluating AI-generated health content: reviewing responses to clinical questions, assessing medical accuracy and safety, and labeling outputs against clear quality criteria.
- Creating complex, realistic tasks that challenge frontier AI agents, involving scenarios with scattered patient data, conditional clinical procedures, and necessitating genuine diagnostic reasoning.
- Building a detailed version with objective scoring, and then writing an ambiguous version designed to train the agent in a less guided manner, tackling real clinical complexity. Your contributions will enhance the AI tools that you will eventually use.
We are also expanding the roles available to include adjacent clinical professionals such as nurses, psychologists, dietitians, and other licensed specialists.
What We Look For
This opportunity is ideal for US-based medical professionals interested in part-time, non-permanent projects. Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- A degree in Medicine or a related field (e.g., nursing, psychology, dietetics) with clinical training in diagnosing and managing medical conditions.
- A current valid US license to practice, such as a medical license for physicians or the relevant state license for other roles (e.g., RN, licensed psychologist, RDN).
- Active clinical practice with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on clinical experience; board certification is a plus.
- Strong written English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
- We encourage applications from more experienced individuals, including specialists and senior practitioners.
Project Time Expectations
Tasks for this project are estimated to require around 10-20 hours per week during active phases. This estimate is subject to project requirements and is not a guaranteed workload but applies only while projects are active. Contributors must submit tasks by the deadline and ensure they meet the listed acceptance criteria for acceptance.
Compensation
Compensation is based on accepted tasks. Your rate will depend on the qualification tier achieved and task efficiency, with the potential to earn up to the equivalent of $240/hr. Since payment is per approved task, completing tasks at a faster pace can increase your effective hourly rate.
