Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests
- Engage and inspire members to reach their fitness goals
- Assist with the development and implementation of innovative fitness programs
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the club
- Collaborate with fellow team members to create an empowering environment
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and best practices
- Promote additional services and programs to enhance member experience
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in fitness or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for health and fitness with a drive to motivate others
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in a fitness or customer service role is preferred
