Linux Administrator

About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Linux Administrator to join our operations in Qatar. This role requires expertise in managing and maintaining Linux systems, and the ideal candidate will have relevant experience in this field.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Linux servers
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux environments
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements
• Collaborate with other IT staff and departments on projects and initiatives
• Perform software installations, upgrades, and patching
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Linux administration
• Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and their functionalities
• Experience with server management, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Candidates must be locally available in Qatar
