As an Engineering Manager, you will be instrumental in driving engineering practices, ensuring quality and performance optimizations, and fostering a productive culture within your team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a team of engineers at various experience levels.
- Overseeing commercial engagements and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Acting as a technical lead on complex customer engagements.
- Implementing disciplined engineering processes and maintaining software stacks.
- Contributing to code reviews and technical documentation.

What We Are Looking For:
Candidates should possess:
- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a STEM field.
- Experience with Debian/Ubuntu or other distribution packaging.
- A passion for Linux and operational systems software.
- Fluency in C, C++, and Python.
- Experience managing software engineering teams.
Language Requirements:
- Professional written and spoken English is essential.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of x86, ARM, RISC-V architecture.
- Familiarity with build systems, performance engineering, and technologies such as Docker/OCI containers/Kubernetes.
