About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Control Tower Analyst. This role involves managing the flow of operations in our Logistics Control Tower, ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Position is based in KSA supporting logistics operations with monitoring and providing full visibility for all shipments over all Modes of Transport (MOT) with nominated 3PL Carrier. Additionally, this role involves arranging receiving and expedite solutions for shipments at the request of the Supply Chain Team and facilitating communication between 3PL and internal workstreams.

Control Tower Person Duties:
- Support team members in monitoring and tracking shipments over all MOTs.
- Cover control tower team to track and monitor the movement of goods, shipments, or other critical activities in real time.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Generate and maintain reports on operational performance, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Provide logistical support to resolve issues and bottlenecks that may arise.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying potential issues and recommending solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient English knowledge both in written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize based on importance and urgency.
- Some SAP functional experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
