About the Role
In this role, you will patrol all areas of the property, assisting guests with room access while ensuring the safety and security of all individuals present. Responsibilities include monitoring Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and the fire life safety system. You will lock property entrances as required, conduct daily physical hazard inspections, and respond to accidents by contacting Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or administering first aid/CPR as necessary. Your ability to assist guests and employees during emergency situations will be crucial.

Responsibilities
- Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents.
- Defuse disturbances involving guests or employees and call for outside assistance when necessary.
- Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention-related incidents.
- Handle interruptions and complaints effectively.
- Resolve safety hazard situations and escort unwelcome individuals from the property without disrupting operations.
- Report to scenes of vehicle accidents or thefts and call for assistance using proper codes.
- Complete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report.
- Maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents, releasing information only to authorized individuals.
- Conduct investigations and gather evidence, including interviewing relevant parties.
You will be expected to follow all company policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management. Adhering to safety training and certifications is essential. Your appearance must be clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.

Physical Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 75 pounds with assistance.
- Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
- Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
