About the Role
This position involves patrolling all areas of the property and assisting guests with room access. The individual will monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems. The role requires locking property entrances when needed, conducting daily physical hazard inspections, and responding to accidents, which may include contacting EMS or administering first aid/CPR as required. Additionally, the position involves assisting guests and employees during emergency situations, notifying appropriate individuals in the event of incidents, and defusing disturbances. Responsibilities include completing incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents, handling interruptions and complaints, resolving safety hazard situations, escorting unwelcome persons from the property, reporting to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts, and completing a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report.

The individual will also be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents, conducting investigations, and gathering evidence. The role requires following all company policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager, completing safety training and certifications, and ensuring a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.

- Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
