About the Role
As a member of the security team, you will patrol all areas of the property, assisting guests with room access and ensuring the safety and security of everyone on the premises. You will monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems. Your responsibilities will include conducting daily physical hazard inspections and responding to accidents by contacting EMS or administering first aid/CPR as required. You will assist both guests and employees during emergency situations and notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. Your ability to defuse disturbances, call for outside assistance when necessary, and complete incident reports will be essential. Maintaining the confidentiality of all security reports and conducting investigations will also be part of your role.

- Move and lift objects as required, exerting necessary physical effort.
- Perform additional job duties as requested by supervisors.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Experience: No previous related work experience is required.
- Supervisory Experience: None required.
- License or Certification: None required.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Capability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Familiarity with using computers and point of sale systems.
- Ability to respond quickly to various work situations and move safely over uneven surfaces.
- Compliance with any state-specific licensing/registration requirements.
