RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct key control audits and monitor electronic key boxes, issuing and receiving master keys, radios, and beepers while ensuring their safekeeping.
- Patrol all areas of the property to assist guests with room access and monitor Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTV) and alarm systems.
- Respond to accidents, contact EMS, or administer first aid/CPR as required.
- Assist guests and employees during emergency situations and notify appropriate individuals of accidents, attacks, or other incidents.
- Defuse disturbances and call for outside assistance if necessary.
- Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention-related incidents and resolve safety hazards.
- Escort unwelcome individuals from the property and report to scenes of vehicle accidents and thefts.
- Call for assistance using proper code responses and complete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report.
- Maintain confidentiality of all reports and ensure accurate information is released only to authorized individuals.
- Provide documentation to employees needing outside medical treatment and assist management in training.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, report unsafe work conditions, and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all team members to reach common goals, ensuring quality assurance expectations and standards are met.
- Read and verify information in various formats, visually inspect tools and equipment, and enter work-related information using computers.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Perform reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
- License or Certification: None required.
