The Security position involves conducting key control audits, monitoring electronic key boxes, and managing master keys, radios, and beepers to ensure their safekeeping. Responsibilities include patrolling all areas of the property, assisting guests with room access, and monitoring Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems. The role requires responding to accidents, contacting EMS, or administering first aid/CPR as needed, as well as assisting guests and employees during emergency situations. It is essential to notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or disturbances, and to complete all necessary reports to document security and loss prevention incidents.

Key Responsibilities
- Patrol property and assist guests with room access.
- Monitor Closed Circuit Television and alarm systems.
- Respond to accidents and emergencies, providing first aid/CPR when required.
- Complete incident reports and document Security/Loss Prevention related incidents.
- Escort unwelcome individuals from the property.
- Report on scenes of vehicle accidents or thefts.
- Maintain confidentiality of reports and documents.
- Support management in training and mentoring team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a clean professional appearance.
- Develop positive working relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Engage in quality assurance activities to meet standards.
- Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and manipulating objects as required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or entire work shift.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects under 50 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Capable of navigating narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and moving over uneven surfaces.
- Must be able to respond quickly to work situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
- License or Certification: None required.
