About the Role
This position involves patrolling all areas of the property, securing rooms, and assisting guests with room access. Key responsibilities include conducting emergency response drills and daily physical hazard/safety inspections, as well as managing investigations and interviews. You will monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured areas, and provide assistance during emergency situations. Responsibilities also include responding to accidents, contacting EMS, administering first aid/CPR as required, and gathering information for reports while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Patrol property and secure rooms

- Assist management in training and coaching employees
- Report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, addressing their service needs
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Ensure quality expectations and standards adherence
- Perform physical activities including lifting, moving, and walking for extended periods
- Other duties as requested by Supervisors
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience
- Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year
- License/Certification: None required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to read and verify information in various formats
- Physical inspection of tools and equipment
- Use of computers or point of sale systems
- Move quickly to respond to situations
- Lift, carry, and manipulate objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with assistance
- Navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- Stand, sit or walk for extended periods, including walking up/down stairs and service ramps
- Perform motions such as reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
