This position is suited for individuals with a passion for luxury real estate and a desire to excel in premium property sales. You will be part of a dynamic brokerage that combines years of market experience with a client-first approach, delivering exceptional service and expertise in both residential and commercial properties in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-value transactions and work closely with affluent clients to meet their property needs
• Present properties effectively, highlighting their features to optimize client engagement
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Utilize fresh daily leads and full marketing support to drive sales
• Collaborate with team members while also showing the ability to work independently

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury real estate, premium property sales, or high-end sales
• Experience handling affluent clients and high-value transactions preferred
• UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred
• European background preferred
• Strong understanding of client needs and sales negotiation strategies
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Valid UAE driving license
