Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, employing effective sales techniques and product knowledge to meet sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, handle stock replenishment, and manage product launches and promotions.
• Uphold high grooming standards and ensure an inviting guest experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and usage.
• Advise customers on product ranges tailored to their needs and demonstrate the usage and benefits of various brands and products.
• Generate sales and meet line and sales targets; track sales and participate in incentive programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards per brand guidelines and manage stock levels.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in Luxury Technology.
• Proficient in English (Intermediate/Advanced level).
