About the Job:
The company is seeking a Luxury Tech Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service and utilize effective sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve sales targets. The role involves maintaining a clean and well-stocked sales environment, promoting new products, and ensuring high grooming standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining exceptional guest experience standards to foster customer loyalty.
• Addressing customer queries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
• Communicating with customers to determine their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Demonstrating the usage and benefits of various brands and products.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets while generating daily sales reports.
• Ensuring the store’s merchandising standards are upheld according to brand guidelines.
• Managing stock receipt and replenishment effectively.

Location: Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Full-time

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in Luxury Technology.
• Intermediate or advanced English language skills are required.
