Key Responsibilities
- Accountability for store-level sell-out targets
- Building relationships with category managers at the store level
- Monitoring daily and weekly sales performance of each Expert within assigned areas
- Supervising, motivating, and managing a team of permanent Experts to achieve sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of individual sales results and team performance
- Enhancing individual Expert performance and skills
- Ensuring appropriate stock levels in assigned stores
- Fostering a positive team environment focused on results
- Addressing and resolving performance issues
- Delivering excellent customer service
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in Retail (Fashion, Jewelry, Accessories, Technology)
- English language proficiency
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Proficiency in Excel
