Luxury Technology Consultant - Dyson

About the Job: Chalhoub Group, a prominent luxury partner in the Middle East for over six decades, is seeking a Luxury Technology Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will play a key role in implementing customer relationship management (CRM) and customer experience (CX) initiatives, collecting data on customer behavior, and driving client relationships through an omni-channel approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data on customer behavior and sales.
• Drive relationships with clients and provide product feedback.
• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Promote the loyalty program and stay updated on app offerings.
• Participate in marketing events and provide insights for store improvement.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Background in technology is a plus.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
