Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Support the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data on customer behavior and sales.
- Drive relationships with clients and provide product feedback.
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Promote the loyalty program and stay updated on app offerings.
- Participate in marketing events and provide insights for store improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Background in technology is a plus.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
