Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor in driving adoption and change management as well as business value through AI transformation.
  • Drive customer success by leading architectural design and engaging with decision-makers.
  • Utilize Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale.
  • Partner with technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and tailored solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by leveraging AI fundamentals and M365 Copilot expertise.
  • Offer insights from customers back to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
  • Actively engage in relevant communities to enhance customers’ AI transformation journeys.
  • Maintain technical readiness aligned with Customer Success Unit (CSU) priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, French, or German); knowledge of a third language is a plus.
  • Relevant experience in customer-facing roles and customer success teams.
  • Proven track record in deploying and optimizing M365 solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in change management and trusted advisory roles.

Technical Skills:

  • Subject matter expertise in Microsoft 365 products, especially M365 Security and compliance, Copilot applications, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of tenant migration and technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, AI).
