M365 Application Cloud Engineer

We are seeking an M365 Application Engineer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in operating IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of various technologies and possess in-depth technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Mandatory:

  • Directory Services (AD, ADFS, AD Connect, Azure AD)
  • Email Services (Exchange on-prem, Exchange Online, Enterprise Vault)
  • Windows (Operating systems, Clustering)
  • M365 (MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, MS Defender)

• Optional:

  • MS Azure Cloud Solutions
  • System Center Tools (MS SCCM)
  • Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps knowledge and experience
  • Ability to handle Application and Platform support, enhancement requirements (functional, security, etc.)
  • Ability to provide end-user L2-L3 support, implement solutions for production incidents, fix gaps, or optimize systems.

Nice To Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Proofpoint email gateway
• PowerShell expertise
• Azure Virtual Desktop
