M365 Application Cloud Engineer

We are seeking an experienced M365 Application Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in operating IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of various technologies and possess in-depth technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Mandatory Skills:

  • Directory Services (AD, ADFS, AD Connect, Azure AD)
  • Email Services (Exchange on-prem, Exchange Online, Enterprise Vault)
  • Windows (Operating systems, Clustering)
  • M365 (MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, MS Defender)

• Optional Skills:

  • MS Azure Cloud Solutions
  • System Center Tools (MS SCCM)
  • Knowledge and experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps
  • Ability to handle application and platform support, enhancement requirements (functional, security, etc.)
  • Capability to manage end user L2-L3 support requirements, implement solutions for production incidents, fix gaps, or optimizations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Proofpoint email gateway
• PowerShell expertise
• Azure Virtual Desktop
