Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid)

Work Conditions: Full-time, Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to facilitate adoption and change management in AI transformation, ensuring customers realize value and navigate their journey effectively.
  • Drive customer success through leading architectural design and engagement with decision-makers to enable sustained use of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot.
  • Utilize Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to scale AI adoption.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
  • Elevate customer satisfaction by leveraging AI fundamentals and M365 Copilot expertise to meet defined success plan outcomes.
  • Provide insights from customers and partners to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a growth mindset by sharing insights and success stories to inform internal strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
    • Proven experience planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing M365 solutions.
    • Skills in change management, transformation, and customer focus.
    • Proficiency in customer journey mapping as a M365 Copilot subject matter expert.
    • Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic or French is also required.
  • Preferred:

    • Relevant experience in systems development, network operations, software support, or IT consulting.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with senior IT and business decision-makers.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

This position requires a passion for innovative technology and the ability to adapt to diverse cultures and audiences, especially CxOs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong presentation skills and a drive for continuous learning.
