Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to facilitate adoption and change management in AI transformation, ensuring customers realize value and navigate their journey effectively.
- Drive customer success through leading architectural design and engagement with decision-makers to enable sustained use of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot.
- Utilize Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to scale AI adoption.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
- Elevate customer satisfaction by leveraging AI fundamentals and M365 Copilot expertise to meet defined success plan outcomes.
- Provide insights from customers and partners to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Foster a growth mindset by sharing insights and success stories to inform internal strategy.
Qualifications:

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proven experience planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing M365 solutions.
- Skills in change management, transformation, and customer focus.
- Proficiency in customer journey mapping as a M365 Copilot subject matter expert.
- Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic or French is also required.

- Relevant experience in systems development, network operations, software support, or IT consulting.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior IT and business decision-makers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
This position requires a passion for innovative technology and the ability to adapt to diverse cultures and audiences, especially CxOs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong presentation skills and a drive for continuous learning.
