M365 Cloud Solution Architect

At Microsoft, the Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) team is leading a high-growth, AI-powered global sales initiative focused on customer success. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to help customers adopt technology to drive growth and innovation. The SME&C team is characterized by a culture of innovation and inclusivity, emphasizing collaboration and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Adoption and Change Management to support customers in their AI transformation journeys.
• Engage with business and technical decision-makers to ensure sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot.
• Leverage AI, including Copilot prompt engineering, to deliver scalable solutions and drive business value.
• Foster customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by utilizing M365 Copilot expertise.
• Provide insights from customer interactions back to Microsoft teams to improve services and offerings.
• Actively engage in learning and development in areas related to AI transformation and adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven track record in planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing M365 solutions.
• Expertise in Change Management, customer focus, and transformation strategies.
• Subject matter expertise in large scale Microsoft 365, Copilot functionalities, and security and compliance aspects.
• Preferred technical skills include certification in Cloud technologies and experience with customer interaction.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in any of the following languages is preferred: French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
