The FastTrack team is seeking a FastTrack Architect (FTA) passionate about accelerating AI adoption and strengthening the company 365 through advanced AI and security solutions. In this role, you will assist top enterprise customers in deploying and implementing innovative strategies that leverage AI and secure cloud technologies to address complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with the company field sales and delivery teams to deliver transformative outcomes for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and develop deep relationships with the company’s most complex and strategic customers to accelerate their adoption of AI and security within the company 365.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, identifying and driving customer intent and translating it into actionable deployment plans.
- Overcome hurdles and deliver secure, AI-driven solutions that maximize business value while mitigating risk.
- Collaborate with FastTrack scale resources, partners, and the company field teams to ensure rapid deployment and adoption of the company 365 services.
- Lead solution architecture efforts and provide guidance on AI and security strategies.
- Educate customers on technical levels, demonstrating and proving the value of the company’s AI and security capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven capabilities in defining and executing strategies that accelerate customer deployment, adoption, renewal, and expansion of the company 365, with a strong focus on AI and security solutions.
- Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills.
- Experience in pre-sales, project envisioning, planning, and deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud, hybrid, and on-premises architectures.
- Knowledge of the company 365 suite at L200 or higher, with a focus on M365 Copilot, Chat, Extensibility, Threat Protection, Data Security, and Windows 365.
- Ability to engage and influence senior customer stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enterprise-scale experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a senior technical resource with regular customer interactions.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent work experience.
