The M&A Collaboration & Security Platforms Engineer will be integral in integrating and managing the productivity and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom) across various brands after acquisitions. This role involves scoping migrations, managing communication tools, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive collaboration platform integration during acquisitions, including planning and executing user migrations and configurations.
  • Assess and consolidate collaboration stacks of acquired companies, identifying security and compliance gaps.
  • Manage Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom at multi-entity enterprise scale.
  • Oversee email security infrastructure and domain management.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams on eDiscovery and data production.
  • Design and maintain security protocols across collaboration platforms.

Experience Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack for companies with 1,000+ users, including in M&A contexts.
  • Solid experience in email security measures and domain portfolio management.

Skills & Mindset:

  • Ability to operate end-to-end in problem-solving and solution execution.
  • Capacity to make decisions under ambiguity and manage multiple integrations simultaneously.
  • Proactive communication with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple acquired companies' collaboration stacks.
  • Familiarity with compliance tools, legal holds, and the financial services industry.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
