The M&A Collaboration & Security Platforms Engineer will be integral in integrating and managing the productivity and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom) across various brands after acquisitions. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive collaboration platform integration during acquisitions, including planning and executing user migrations and configurations.
- Assess and consolidate collaboration stacks of acquired companies, identifying security and compliance gaps.
- Manage Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom at multi-entity enterprise scale.
- Oversee email security infrastructure and domain management.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams on eDiscovery and data production.
- Design and maintain security protocols across collaboration platforms.
Experience Requirements:
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack for companies with 1,000+ users, including in M&A contexts.
- Solid experience in email security measures and domain portfolio management.
Skills & Mindset:
- Ability to operate end-to-end in problem-solving and solution execution.
- Capacity to make decisions under ambiguity and manage multiple integrations simultaneously.
- Proactive communication with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple acquired companies' collaboration stacks.
- Familiarity with compliance tools, legal holds, and the financial services industry.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
