Requirements - Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Business, or Economics preferred). - Master’s degree preferred; MBA from a top school is highly recommended. - Relevant professional certificates are an advantage. - 10 years of deal-making experience either from Investment Banking M&A or Private Equity background. - Strong financial modeling and valuation skills. - Strong presentation skills for preparation of internal presentations and investment proposals. - Regional experience is preferred, with a track record of deal execution in the region; strong international experience is also sufficient. - Experience in influencing management teams, boards of directors, and government/private sector stakeholders. - Experience managing M&A transactions in the Middle East or internationally.
