M&A Security and IT Lead

As part of the M&A-focused Security and IT team at the company, you will conduct security diligence on potential acquisitions, ensuring their cybersecurity posture, IT infrastructure, and technology stack align with the company's standards. You will lead the integration of IT systems and security practices post-acquisition, driving unique security and IT workstreams across M&A transactions. Additionally, you will partner with various teams such as Engineering, Corporate Development, and Product leaders to align on technical requirements and execution plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in security, engineering, IT, technical project management, or M&A integration roles
• Demonstrated ability to design or execute technical architecture plans that support business goals
• Strong understanding of IT systems, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles
• Experience leveraging automation and AI to improve technical workflows
