Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that address healthcare-specific needs.
  • Analyze large, complex healthcare datasets to identify actionable insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure high standards of solution quality.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of AI use cases.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 7+ years of experience in data science, with relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences domains.
  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning techniques, including NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision (CV), etc.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, Spark, and hands-on expertise with widely used machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark MLlib, MLFlow, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
  • Proficiency in building and scaling MLOps and LLMOps architectures.
  • Experience with developer tools such as Azure DevOps, PyCharm/MS Visual Studio, Docker, and related frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Databricks and cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
  • Expertise in healthcare datasets, data pipelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry challenges and AI applications in life sciences and patient care.
