We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining efficient data pipelines, ensuring data quality and reproducibility, and optimizing ML models for efficient training and inference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources.
- Design, build, support, and scale our cloud and/or on-premise data and ML infrastructure.
- Design and maintain efficient ETL pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists to provide data insights for ML model development.
- Deploy deep learning models in production environments and optimize their performance for inference on either GPU or CPU.
- Evaluate and improve data engineering processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of data-driven initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data engineering and ML models.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++) with the ability to learn new languages.
- Experience in creating and managing complex multi-stage data pipelines.
- Familiarity with relational databases, including SQL queries, database definition, and schema design.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical solutions to end-users.
- Preferred experience with deploying deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) in production environments.
- Preferred experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with big data platforms like Kafka, Hadoop, and Spark is a plus.
