We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team at webook.com, Saudi Arabia's #1 private event ticketing and experience booking platform. We prioritize technology, agility, and outstanding features, and we've reached over half a billion in sales by serving some of the largest mega events in the Kingdom. webook.com is part of the Supertech Group, which includes UXBERT Labs, a leading digital and user experience design agency in the GCC, as well as Kafu Games, the largest esports tournament platform in MENA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of innovative AI tools.
- Utilize existing AI models and frameworks, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to tackle complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.
- Fine-tune and optimize AI models for specific applications, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
- Experiment with various AI models, libraries, and techniques to identify optimal solutions for specific problems.
- Develop custom AI solutions as needed, utilizing machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision techniques.
- Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and workflows, collaborating closely with data scientists and software engineers.
- Document and communicate technical designs, processes, and best practices to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI technologies.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Proficiency in software development best practices, version control systems, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
