In this role, you will participate in exciting projects covering the end-to-end Data Science lifecycle, from raw data cleaning and exploration to advanced data visualization and machine learning development. You will work within a modern cloud-based data warehousing environment that hosts machine learning models, alongside a team of diverse and interesting co-workers. Collaboration with other departments such as product & tech, trust & safety, finance, and others will be key to enabling their success.

Responsibilities
- Query large datasets with SQL and feed ML models.
- Perform data exploration to identify patterns and assess data quality.
- Utilize Python for data analysis and building statistical models to address business problems.
- Evaluate and fine-tune ML models based on specific business challenges.
- Work with senior peers to deploy ML models into production.
- Build customer-facing reporting tools to provide insights and track system performance metrics.
- Foster a strong team culture with a commitment to leading in big data innovation.
- Participate in on-call stability rotations to ensure support for live ML models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in AI, Statistics, Math, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and mathematics.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms.
- Basic understanding of SQL and visualization tools like Periscope.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
