Responsibilities
- Support the Customer’s IT Administration team in daily monitoring and ensure contact with the Maintenance team in France for IT activities and supplier hardware replacements.
- Assist the Customer’s Production team in GEOINT/IMINT operations, ensuring communication with the Engineering team in France.
- Facilitate IT training activities and operations in KSA, including deployment, acceptance phases, or IT training.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform by supporting software/hardware updates and upgrades.
- Participate in necessary meetings, conferences, or workshops with customers to ensure the appropriate level of service, reflecting customer expectations.
Requirements

Must Have
- Education: Master’s degree in computer science.
- Proven experience in maintenance and support programs.
- Strong communication skills adaptable to a multicultural environment.
- Experience with Windows environments: Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), Distributed File System (DFS), GPO.
- Knowledge of OS: Ubuntu 24.04, Windows Server 2022, Windows 11, and Linux (CentOS).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies: Nutanix (AHV & NKP), Harbor, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with storage solutions like Ceph and backup solutions like Veeam Backup.

Additional Skills
- Knowledge of IMINT/GEOINT trade core and geospatial software (I4D, SOCET GXP).
- Experience with hardware (DELL servers, Cisco), antivirus (ESET), firewalls (Stormshield/Opensense), PKI (EJBCA), and Ansible.
- Understanding of basic network devices and concepts such as IP, DNS, firewalls, and routing.
- Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Elasticsearch) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud technology (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to learn and analyze various complex technical subjects.
- Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel.
