Core Responsibilities
- Business Acumen: Understand the business environment and objectives. Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures effectively.
- Communication: Deliver information clearly and comprehensively in both verbal and written formats within a business context.
- Intermediate Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, collect, and interpret raw data from various sources to evaluate results, creating reports that support decision-making processes.
- Language: Utilize national and foreign languages proficiently, both spoken and written.
- Planning & Organizing: Organize and plan work/project activities to accomplish tasks efficiently and meet both short and long-term objectives.
- Technological Ability: Understand and effectively use standard office equipment and automation systems/software.
Technical Responsibilities
- Condition Monitoring: Observe asset conditions using indicators and real-time data to prioritize and optimize maintenance resources to minimize costs and downtime while maintaining asset efficiency.
- Corrective Maintenance: Identify, isolate, and rectify faults in assets, restoring them to operational condition. Apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for long-term solutions as necessary.
- Maintenance Practice: Possess knowledge of various machinery, spare parts, tools, and maintenance practices used within the organization.
- Maintenance Software: Operate the Computerized Maintenance Management Software package and other enterprise systems with which it interfaces.
- Occupational Health and Safety: Apply applicable health and safety policies, regulations, and standards to protect people and property, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and preventing market losses.
- Planned/Scheduled Maintenance: Schedule maintenance interventions based on running hours or relevant dates to ensure optimal asset operation and reduce unscheduled breakdowns.
- Predictive Maintenance: Utilize Condition Monitoring results to anticipate maintenance needs and schedule corrective actions accordingly.
- Quality Assurance: Systematically monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are met and to drive improvements in engineering and manufacturing.
- Quality Control: Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products against performance limits using various lab equipment to identify and address deviations.
