Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and control the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) based on the Maintenance Planning Document (MPD), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) documents, reliability programmes, regulatory requirements, and other source documents.
  • Maintain the AMP in an optimised and effective condition to support the company's operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with Technical Planning on maintenance work packaging to enable optimum aircraft availability for the operational flying programme.
  • Manage task cards associated with the AMP in alignment with approved maintenance requirements.
  • Conduct regular meetings for the management of the AMP to review programme changes, planning requirements, and implementation progress.
  • Support AMP alignment during the phase-in and phase-out of aircraft and assist in developing workscopes during delivery and lease return processes.
  • Develop procedures for the management of the AMP to ensure consistent application and control of programme requirements.
  • Liaise with regulators as needed to support the review and approval of the AMP.
  • Represent the company at industry meetings related to the management and development of the Maintenance Programme.
  • Provide out-of-hours support as requested to ensure safe, punctual, efficient, and cost-effective fleet operation.
  • Prepare management reports on AMP status, programme changes, compliance matters, and related technical updates.
  • Support the closure of occurrence reports and audit findings by reviewing AMP-related actions and coordinating required follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (3+ years) required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance Programme.
  • Working knowledge of AMOS is preferable.
