You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all infrastructure systems, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and managing necessary renovations. The position includes providing technical support in radiation and occupational safety and ensuring environmental compliance in waste disposal.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the energy supply for the entire facility and production areas remains consistent and of the same quality.
- Maintain and document all infrastructure systems for the facility and production areas to appropriate quality standards.
- Complete work orders from internal customers promptly and with high quality.
- Plan and implement improvement projects for infrastructure systems related to the facility and production areas.
- Ensure continuous operation and perform periodic maintenance on physical security systems within the facility.
- Regularly monitor architectural and infrastructural aspects of the facility for aesthetic purposes and arrange necessary maintenance and renovations.
- Conduct maintenance and renovations for furniture and equipment used in production areas and living quarters of the facility.
- Perform necessary checks on infrastructure systems in accordance with legal obligations and report to relevant authorities when required.
- Provide technical support on radiation and occupational safety issues, implementing improvement projects in these areas.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste in compliance with Environmental Management System requirements.
- Manage the stock of auxiliary materials for infrastructure systems of the facility.
- Conduct regular pest control applications for the facility or ensure they are carried out.
- Handle product and personnel transportation activities when necessary.
- Adhere to radiation and occupational health and safety rules.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the maintenance of facility infrastructure systems.
- Knowledge of heating, cooling and ventilation systems, purified water systems, building automation, compressed air systems, clean and wastewater plumbing, steel structures, medical gas lines, and electrical systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driving license and active driving skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Valid work and residence permits for United Arab Emirates.
- Ability to commute to the Sharjah area.
