The Major Account Manager partners with our customers to secure their entire digital experience. This role significantly drives the company's revenue and growth, and as an experienced and dynamic sales professional, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales engagements.

Your Impact

  • Drive and orchestrate large complex sales cycles and collaborate with internal partners and teams to best serve customers.
  • Use consultative selling experience to identify business challenges and create tailored solutions.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position the portfolio of solutions.
  • Develop a detailed territory plan to create clear goals and accurate forecasting.
  • Leverage prospect stories to craft compelling value propositions tailored to specific accounts.
  • Stay informed on industry news and trends, understanding their impact on products and services.
  • Travel as necessary within your territory and to company-wide meetings.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS-based architectures, ideally in networking and/or security industry; SASE technology preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in selling complex solutions and value selling techniques.
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand how technology products solve business problems.
  • Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and provide scalable solutions.
  • Build relationships with channel partners for a channel-centric approach to market.
  • In-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle and the ability to follow a structured sales process.
  • Holistic problem-solving skills, understanding complex interrelationships and outcomes.
  • Excellent time management skills with a high degree of autonomy and self-direction.
