Main Responsibilities:
- Act as technical subject matter expert for the company's Service products, supporting field Solutions Consultants as a technical resource in driving new business related to solution architecture, integrations, infrastructure, and analytics.
- Work directly with prospects and customers during sales cycles to build confidence and excitement around the full functionality of the company's Service products and their integration with customer systems.
- Lead presales activities including crafting and delivering engaging presentations, making solution recommendations, facilitating in-depth technical workshops, assisting with RFPs, and conducting Proofs of Concept (POC) that showcase the company's capabilities in meeting customer needs.
- Collaborate with the company's Service ecosystem, including engineering, product design, product marketing, and demo engineering, to contribute to business success.
- Design solutions that incorporate integrations between the company and various third-party solutions, such as CRM, PSTN carriers, SBCs, SIP trunks, and others.
- Commit to a rigorous training schedule to maintain up-to-date product certifications.
- Be willing to travel up to 40%, primarily within the US and LATAM.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales role, preferably in a CCaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of Voice PBX and carrier interconnection and migration architecture.
- Experience with cloud contact center technologies, covering IP telephony, intelligent routing, workflow automation, self-service, conversational AI, workforce optimization, outbound engagement, social media engagement, digital experience (DX), unified communications (UC), and analytics.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in computer technology disciplines including AI/Machine Learning and cloud-based APIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical audiences in English (required), with Spanish or Portuguese being a plus.
- Proven track record in driving sales innovation, new initiatives, and business development.
