Managed Services - Cybersecurity Managed Services - Manager

At PwC, our Managed Services team focuses on providing various outsourced solutions that support clients across numerous functions. This role requires a dynamic professional with over 8 years of experience managing diverse cybersecurity initiatives, utilizing advanced tools and platforms such as RSA Archer, ServiceNow, Microsoft Purview, ManageEngine, Tanium, MS 365 Security, and Google Security & Identity. The successful candidate will enhance our managed services offerings and deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• E-GRC (Cyber) Management: Oversee enterprise governance, risk, and compliance platforms like RSA Archer and ServiceNow. Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Network & Device Security: Manage client network and endpoint device security with tools like Tanium and ManageEngine. Lead incident response for security breaches.
• Vulnerability Management: Conduct vulnerability assessments using MS Defender and Tanium, providing insights for remediation.
• Cloud Security (Cybersecurity): Implement cloud security controls with MS 365 Security and Google Security & Identity, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Client Engagements: Act as a trusted advisor, managing tailored solutions to meet unique cybersecurity challenges.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Language Skills:
Proficient in written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus.

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are a plus.
• 6–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with expertise in e-GRC, network security, vulnerability management, or cloud security.
• Willingness to travel to KSA is a must.
